Dr. Adriane Rinsche — Entrepreneur, scientist, adventurer and author.
Adriane Rinsche grew up in Germany, where she completed her studies in English and Philosophy in 1977 and worked as a research assistant in Computational Linguistics at the University of Münster for three years, followed by a career as a lecturer and a translator of scientific books.
In 1987 she moved to London with two young children, taught German as a foreign language at a grammar school, a college, a university, the law firm Norton Rose, and the London base of ÖMV. She completed her PhD in Computational Linguistics at the University of Bonn in 1992.
She then excelled as a serial entrepreneur in London and Cologne. After selling the London companies Language Technology Centre Ltd. and Agile Web Solutions Ltd. in 2015, she moved to Davos, Switzerland, in 2016. After selling the Cologne company Micado Innovation GmbH in 2022, she now spends her time with family and friends, on her hobbies, and writing books.
